To Be Eligible for a Refund or Return:
1. Unopened Condition: The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
2. Proof Required: A clear video must be recorded while opening the package for any refund or exchange requests to be considered.
3. Timeframe: You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with your complaint, including the unboxing video and a brief explanation.

Refunds Will NOT Be Accepted If:
• The product has been used or opened.
• No unboxing video is provided.
• The complaint is raised after 48 hours of delivery.

Our team will review your request and process the refund or exchange if it meets our criteria.
